Created from 300+ year old Japanese maple wood and hand-spun Kozo Mulberry washi yed w/ sumi ink. The type of Maple is quite rare and hardly found anymore. The upholstery is hand crocheted and all of the wood work is finished using the process of Kanna.

The Koza Meditaion Chair was originally designed for a dear friend of Master Tokunaga. The word Koza in japanese means “sitting cross legged”.
The Camelia Branch is special to just this chair and is 20+ years old. Camelia is special as it is one of the rare woods that when dried still retains it’s bark.
