Radnor collaborated with Bunn Studio to create an exclusive line of Radnor Made products. Bunn Studio is a newly founded Copenhagen based studio led by Louise Sigvardt and Marcus Hannibal. The studio brings together their combined experience in fashion, textiles, woodworking and industrial design.
Bunn Studio’s work conjoins traditional techniques with contemporary materials, inviting us to re-evaluate commonplace utilitarian objects. Their approach is grounded in an appreciation for the textures and aesthetics of the home and they strive to create materially driven object imbued with personality and purpose. They achieve a level of technical sophistication in their work that results in pieces that feel deceptively effortless.
Bunn Studio has a rare depth of understanding in working across multiple mediums. They have an innate aptitude with form and color, a fundamental intuition for textile geometry, and are continually pushing boundaries to seek more sophisticated methods of making.
The Pillar Series honors traditional woodworking techniques by featuring visible joints and gatherings., which create a fluidity of form that evolves the traditional outlines of classic Danish furniture. The Halyard Rug Series pushes the boundaries of technical possibility, requiring intricate and innovative weaving techniques to be realized in its ideal form. Radnor is thrilled to collaborate with Bunn Studio to create limited-run collections.
